Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your Chawp account and associated data, you can request it here.

How to request data deletion

When you delete your account, we delete all your personal identifiers (such as your name, phone number, email address, push tokens, and saved delivery details). Your order history is anonymized for accounting purposes.

You can request deletion in two ways:

  1. Inside the App: Go to your profile screen and select "Delete Account". This processes your request instantly.
  2. Web Request Form: Fill out the form below to submit a deletion request. Our support team will process your request within 24 hours.
